We are offering two double rooms in a comfortable, welcoming house in Croydon, sharing with an easy-going live-in landlord, his partner and a very polite cat. The house has two double bedrooms available: a large loft room and a smaller double room. It offers good storage space and a spacious lounge opening onto the garden. The well-equipped bathroom has a separate bath and shower. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are provided. All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. It is a friendly household with a cat. We are looking for a considerate, clean and sociable professional who would enjoy living in a friendly, relaxed household. We like a home where people can have a chat and get along naturally, while also respecting each other's privacy and space. We are looking for someone who treats the house with care and wants somewhere comfortable to settle into, rather than simply the cheapest room available. You should be comfortable sharing communal areas, keeping them tidy and living with a cat. One room is a larger loft room, and the other is a smaller double.
