The large bathroom below the bedroom area features a shower, complimentary eco shower gel and shampoo, and fluffy towels. Upstairs, a super comfy king-size bed awaits, complete with 400 thread count Egyptian pure cotton bedding and puffy pillows. Useful bedside wireless phone chargers ensure your phone is fully charged in the morning.
A bedding pack for the sofa bed is available for a supplemental fee of £35 for two-person reservations, and must be requested a minimum of 24 hours in advance. For bookings of three people, this is included in the price and automatically provided.

Please be aware that due to the raised mezzanine bedroom area, there is a restricted height of 1.5m (5ft) in the upstairs bedroom area, which may not suit anyone with back or mobility issues. There is a staircase to the bedroom area. Being in central Notting Hill, there can be road/street noise; earplugs are provided for light sleepers. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again. This is a strictly no smoking building, including vapes and incense sticks. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy. Washing machine use is restricted between 11pm and 8am. No cooking with pungent/aromatic spices.
The apartment is situated in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only 1 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and a two minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and the plethora of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Notting Hill has to offer.
