The location is on a quiet residential road, with the Addiscombe tram nearby, reaching East Croydon in 9 minutes. This double room on the first floor is for single occupancy and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside unit, wardrobe, and chair. There is a downstairs toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as access to the back garden. All bills are included, along with unlimited WiFi. Note that this arrangement is not suitable for someone working from home, and overnight guests are not allowed. References, proof of ID, and income are required. The minimum term is 3 months, and the maximum is 12 months. Females aged 30-55 preferred.
