A large furnished room is available in a house share. The room comes with a bed, mattress, and couch, with the option to buy a TV from the previous tenant. The house features a lovely rooftop terrace with views of a leafy garden, one large bathroom to share, a terrace, a large living space, and a big kitchen. The entire house is furnished.

We are two women in their early 30s, working in design and music, who have been living together for 2.5 years. We are looking for someone who will treat the house as their home. We are friendly but also value our own space, and would appreciate someone keen to share occasional dinners or coffees to make the house feel like a friendly home.

Domi is 31 and loves music. She is social and often out but enjoys dinner or watching shows. Sammy is 30, works as a strategist in a design agency, and enjoys exploring London's food and coffee spots, and travelling.

We are open to both girls and boys, preferably in their late 20s to early 30s. Another room will be available at the end of December, and the new housemate can help choose our third housemate.

Please note that bills are not included and come to £110 per month, including council tax.
