Flat to rent Priory Terrace, Greater London

Description

A friendly, considerate person is sought to join the household in a lovely first-floor flat in West Hampstead, conveniently located between West Hampstead and Kilburn. The flat is in a prime location, with West Hampstead Jubilee Line, Overground, and Thameslink stations, as well as Kilburn Park Bakerloo Line station, all within easy reach. Numerous shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants are nearby, yet the area maintains a relaxed residential atmosphere.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom with ample natural light. The flat features a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, and KitchenAid), and a comfortable shared living space.

This is a home rather than a typical flat-share, as the current resident, a 28-year-old female professional, lives there. She is seeking someone friendly, clean, and considerate who appreciates a relaxed home environment. The household also includes two friendly Ragdoll cats, who are affectionate and sociable, so a genuine liking for cats and comfort living with them is essential.

The ideal flatmate is someone who enjoys a friendly, sociable home while respecting personal space. Cleanliness, tidiness, consideration in shared spaces, and an easy-going nature are preferred.

Transport links are excellent, with West Hampstead Jubilee Line, Overground & Thameslink, and Kilburn Park Bakerloo Line stations all very close by. The vicinity offers abundant shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, along with plenty of green space.
