I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting in July as I’m moving to live with my partner. The flat features a spacious, furnished double bedroom filled with natural light. It includes a shared living room, kitchen, balcony, and two bathrooms. The rent is £800 a month, with bills averaging £60-70. There will also be two additional rooms available in August for around £1000 each. Conveniently, it’s a 5-minute walk to Baron’s Court station and 15 minutes to Hammersmith and West Kensington stations. You’ll be living with three friendly girls, all professionals aged 21 to 27, who enjoy socializing while also respecting personal space. No pets are allowed, and smoking is acceptable. Available from 1st July 2026, the deposit is £800, and bills are not included.
