Cosy room with garden access in Kilburn. We have a lovely, cosy room available in our ground-floor flat in Kilburn. The room window opens directly onto the garden, which is really nice and quiet, especially in summer. The flat is quite warm in winter but stays cool in summer. Kilburn Station (Jubilee line) is about a 10-minute walk, and Brondesbury (Mildmay Overground) is only 5 minutes away. Kilburn High Road is just around the corner, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés.
We are two working professionals who enjoy a peaceful home but also like being sociable, chatting, cooking and the occasional barbecue in the garden. We are looking for someone around 25–40, tidy, considerate, friendly and easy to live with, who appreciates having their own space.
