We are two males, aged 27 and 29, looking for a new housemate for our flat. The available space is a double room, and we share a large living room. We are a friendly, sociable LGBT household with interests ranging from music, cinema, and pub quizzes to cooking, reading, art, football, and hiking. We are looking for a flatmate who is comfortable with a vegetarian/vegan household. Smoking is allowed, but we cannot accommodate couples or pets. The room is available immediately with no minimum or maximum term. The deposit is £825, and some bills are included.
