Two friends are travelling, so Elijah (27, civil servant) is looking for two new housemates to join him in a spacious three-bedroom house in the Brixton Hill / Clapham area. The house is on a residential road, around a 20-minute walk from both Clapham Common and Brixton town centre. It features two double bedrooms available (slightly different sizes), two bathrooms with 2 showers and 1 bath, a spacious kitchen and living area, dishwasher, TV, back garden, plenty of shared living space, and lots of natural light. The rent for the larger upstairs double room is £1,040pcm and for the smaller downstairs double room is £990 pcm. Bills are approximately £150 pcm per person, covering council tax, water, energy, WiFi and TV licence. Elijah is a social, friendly, open-minded, respectful, and queer-friendly individual who enjoys occasional hangouts. He is looking for housemates who are similarly friendly and up for hanging out, but also respect personal space. The property is available from 1st November 2026 with a minimum term of 6 months. No couples, smokers, or students. References are required, and new housemates should be between 24 and 35 years old, with an LGBT preferred orientation.
