This is a single occupancy, Monday to Friday lodging accommodation, only suitable for a non smoking, professional female who works away from home, and only needs accommodation mid week, returning to their main residence at the weekend. The first floor double room has its own private bathroom across the landing. There are 2 living rooms on the ground floor, a shared kitchen/lounge/garden and a smaller private lounge that the landlords use. The bedroom is furnished with an armchair, desk with storage, desk chair, small smart TV, small double bed with storage and Emma mattress, fitted shallow wardrobe, full length mirror, bedside table and lamp, and full length dim/blackout curtains. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom includes a shower over a traditional style free standing bath, cabinet for storage, W/C and sink. Hand soap and loo roll can be provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fan oven, and gas hob. Full use of all kitchen equipment/contents is provided. Bikes cannot be carried through the house on a weekly basis; instead, there is a bike storage hanger at the top of the road. Resident permit parking is available from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, outside of these hours it's free. Guest scratch cards can be purchased for parking. This home is very quiet.
