We are a quiet household, with an artist/student and an editor, and our friendly mini dachshund, Fergus. We are seeking a like-minded flatmate for a cozy and welcoming home. The flat is on the 4th floor of Springfield Lofts, a former Victorian factory, accessible by lift and stairs, with a bike shed available. It's a 3-minute walk to Dalston Junction and 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland, with numerous amenities nearby. We are open to a roommate with a small dog, but cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.
