This is a part-time let, ranging from one night per week to Monday-Friday — it's perfect for commuters or hybrid workers. Rent is £250 per month for one night per week, £350 for two, £450 for three, £600 for four and £750 for Monday to Friday. All bills included. The room is in a two-bedroom, two-storey maisonette on the second floor. It's fully furnished, with a queen bed, ample storage space and plenty of light. You'd be sharing the flat with me and my cat Edie. Shared spaces include a living room, a balcony, one bathroom and a kitchen.

Excellent transport links: Under three minutes' walk from Essex Road Station, under 15 minutes' walk to Highbury and Islington Station, and under 20 minutes' walk to Angel Station, or a short bus ride. Several bus stops are very close by.

Great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets, shops and green spaces nearby, as well as a lovely canal.

Looking for a flatmate who is a fan of cats, happy in a quiet, peaceful space, and LGBTQI+ friendly. Unfortunately this room isn't suitable for couples.
