We are looking for a professional housemate (30+) to join us in our 4-bed house in Lower Clapton. You would be sharing with three friendly individuals: an Irish architect (32), an English architectural journalist (34), and an Irish design manager (33). We enjoy chatting in the evenings, watching the news, and having an occasional beer, but we also respect each other's space. We value our home and do not see it as a student-style flat share. The house features a large kitchen, a spacious living room, and a garden that is great during the summer months. We maintain tidiness with a bi-weekly cleaner. The area is fantastic, with Hackney Downs nearby, great cafes, and a short walk to various East London areas like Broadway Market, London Fields, and Dalston. There are also three pubs just 5 minutes away. Ideally, we are looking for someone who does not work from home fully remotely 5 days a week. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
