We are looking for a QTPOC flatmate to join our 5-bedroom house in Stepney.
We have already paid the deposit and need someone with their documents ready to sign the contract this week. We can provide a full video tour of the house.
We are a mixed group of queer people of colour and white individuals, and we are seeking another QTPOC person to join us. We value community, politics, and activism, and are involved in anti-fascist organising and action for Palestine in London. We are looking for someone respectful, clean, communicative, and who enjoys spending quality time together.
The budget is £750-£800 per month, excluding bills. A contribution to council tax of approximately £55 per month is required.
Move-in date is 21st September. References and guarantor documents are needed within two days.
We are open to people aged 23-29.
The house is a 15-minute walk to Shadwell station, a 15-minute walk to Stepney Green station, and an 8-minute walk to Limehouse station.
We are open to people bringing pets.
We aim for our home to be a place where we can share meals and balance time together with personal space. The house has a small garden, a separate living room, and a dining room.
