I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out. The flat is really nice, so I'd love to stay and find someone to share it with. Transport is very convenient: 2 minutes' walk to the bus stop, 3 minutes' walk to the Overground station, and several train stations nearby, with central London around 40-45 minutes away. Shops such as Aldi, Tesco and Asda are within a 10-minute walk. The flat has two bedrooms. You will have the smaller bedroom, and I am currently in the larger one. The living room is not taken up, so you can keep your things there, or swapping rooms is possible. Move-in is possible at the end of December. Total rent is £1675 per month excluding bills and council tax. The landlord allows monthly payments. I am happy to pay a bit more for the larger room, which we can discuss. Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax) are split fairly, and the total monthly cost per person has been under £1000. The landlord is very responsible and easy to contact. I have just graduated and started a PSW role, I work during the day on weekdays, and I am clean, tidy and easy-going. Flatmate expectations: basic cleanliness and shared chores such as taking out the rubbish, not overly strict, and considerate and respectful, with no loud noise after 11pm. Viewings can be arranged online or in person.
