We are a friendly, down-to-earth couple looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate person to rent a comfortable place at a decent price. Our number one rule is that you must love animals, as we have cats who are very much part of the family. Animals are welcome too, but please confirm with us before moving in. My partner works full-time and I run my own candle-making business from home. We are both easy-going and enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment. We are looking for someone responsible, tidy, and who will treat the house and our belongings with respect. As we have cats, there may occasionally be times when we need someone who is comfortable with feeding them or checking on them if we're both out, so being an animal lover is particularly important. The room is initially advertised for a single person. If you are a couple and would like to rent the room together, please contact us first. We would be happy to consider it, but the rent would be slightly higher to reflect two people sharing.
