The current flatmate is a friendly, easy-going person in their 20s who is sociable and enjoys having a laugh, chatting over a drink or watching something together, but also understands the importance of having your own space. They are not looking to create a party flat and would like the apartment to feel relaxed, comfortable and homely. They also have a beautiful female dog, Marnie, so you must be comfortable in sharing a home with their pet!
