We are two 28-year-old flatmates looking for a friendly, considerate and easygoing new housemate for our cosy, girly flat in Bethnal Green. The flat has a big, comfy living room with two balconies and views across the London skyline, plenty of natural light from the top floor, and a well-equipped separate kitchen with good cupboard and counter space. Bethnal Green tube and Overground stations are a short walk away, with pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby, and Victoria Park, Columbia Road and London Fields are close by. The room is a sunny double bedroom with city views and additional storage just outside, including a large chest of drawers and up to two full-length wardrobes. We are both professionals who like a relaxed home, watching Netflix, socialising and the occasional pub night. Females preferred, not suitable for students, ages 24 to 32, no smoking, no pets and no couples. Available from 6th December 2026 with no minimum or maximum term. Deposit is £1,077 and bills are not included.
