They are keen to find someone who sees the flat as a collective home. The flat has a double bedroom with an en-suite, partially furnished with a king-size bed, mattress, wardrobe, and desk. Entry is at the 2nd floor via a staircase, with no lift access. The rent is £975 per calendar month, with utility bills approximately £150 per month. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the intention to continue on a rolling contract thereafter. The current flatmates are Caz (they/them, age 33) and Movin (he/him, age 31), who are working professionals and prefer working from home to be kept to a minimum. They value keeping the flat as a peaceful, cosy, and tidy sanctuary.
