The rent is £785 per month, with an additional £100 for bills, totaling £885 monthly. The room is on the top floor, not wheelchair accessible, and has a double bed. You'll be living with four friendly females, all professionals aged 26-27, who enjoy dinners and coffee together. We maintain a tidy space and have a cleaner every two weeks. We are looking for a new housemate with similar interests, preferably females aged 24-35. No pets or smoking is allowed, and there’s no deposit required.
