Room to rent Summerstown, Greater London

Description

We are looking for a friendly, sociable person in their late 20s or 30s to join our three-bedroom maisonette in Earlsfield, as we are sadly moving to a different city.

The room is very spacious and comes with its own en-suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The maisonette has two other double bedrooms, which share a separate bathroom. Downstairs is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto a secure private garden.

The development has a concierge, and there are many amenities nearby, including a large Lidl, Starbucks, Tesco, a gym offering residents' discounts and other shops along the high street.

Rent: single occupancy £1,320 per month; couple occupancy £1,600 per month. Bills are approximately £195 per month.

You will be living with two women in their early 30s, one in Events Management and the other in Project Management in the Civil Service. They enjoy wine and cheese nights in, keeping active and going to the gym. We would love someone friendly, considerate and sociable who appreciates having their own space, with a similar lifestyle.

The home is a 5-10 minute walk from Earlsfield Station, around 15 minutes from Tooting Broadway and around 20 minutes from Wimbledon Park station.

The other two tenants plan to move out next summer, so there may be the option to find new housemates or end the tenancy together.

Available from 13th December. Please send us a message telling us a little about yourself if you are interested.
