The rent is £750 per month, including bills. You will be sharing the house with 4 other young professionals (Australian, Italian, Canadian). The house features 2 bathrooms, a garden with a BBQ, and a massive living area, creating a clean, bright, and cozy atmosphere.

We are looking for a tidy, sociable flatmate, aged between 20 and 30, who is easy to get along with. The room includes a foldable desk and decent storage, but is not suitable for those with a lot of belongings. There is no cleaning service, so all housemates must maintain cleanliness. The house has a very international feel.

Monthly rental is all-inclusive: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, and Broadband.
