The area is quiet yet close to high street shops and a large park just a 5-minute walk away. Rent is bills-inclusive, and I plan to have a cleaner for common areas every 2-3 weeks. I work as a tax manager and typically work from home 1-3 times a week. This room suits a young professional or student who values a peaceful home.
