The room is large and fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The flat has one bathroom and a comfortable living space. You’ll be sharing with a friendly, tidy couple – one working in finance and one currently studying. We both have busy schedules and are often out for work/study, so the flat is usually quiet with a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. Rent does not include bills. We also have a cleaner once a month, which is shared and very affordable. Ideally looking to sublet December–March, although dates are flexible.
