A foldable cot with a small mattress is available upon request for guests with infants. Please note that a proper baby mattress or any baby bedding is not provided, so guests should bring their own.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and offers a comfortable living space that can be utilized for work.
Last-minute bookings may have a check-in time starting at 5 PM, though the house might be ready earlier. There is a strict no-pet policy. Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Guests are asked to treat the home with care.
