In-person check-in service is available with a team member for an additional charge of £40, subject to availability. Includes a wood burner stove, and logs, kindling, and fire starters are available for purchase for £35.
Self check-in via smart pad is the standard procedure. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and failure to follow this rule will result in an additional deodorisation fee of £250. If you would like to use the wood burner stove during your stay, please let us know in advance.
