The household is a mixed group of three working professionals aged 24 to 27 who enjoy sports such as tennis and cycling, live music, cooking and socialising. The house suits movie nights, hosting dinners and the occasional party, with a social, upbeat but relaxed and easy-going atmosphere during the evenings and working week. We are looking for someone with a similar mix of fun and easy-going nature. The communal living room has an open-plan kitchen with new appliances and the whole house has been recently refurbished. Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations are an 8-minute walk, with bus stops across the road, a Boris Bike hire point one minute away, and a short walk to Gymbox and several supermarkets.
