House to rent Abbeville Road, Greater London

We are looking for a fourth person to join our beautiful Victorian 4-bed house on Abbeville Road, right by Abbeville Village and minutes from Gail's. The house has four stories, with bedrooms on the first, second and third floors and three shared bathrooms, a bonus between four people. Clapham Common Tube Station (Northern Line) is a 5-10 minute walk away, with plenty of bus connections to Brixton, Clapham Junction and Battersea, and a large Sainsbury's is a 5 minute walk. Shared living space includes a living room, dining room and kitchen with a washing machine, plus a dishwasher and a large private garden. A cleaner comes once every two weeks to clean all communal spaces and bedrooms, paid for by all housemates.

The room is a very spacious first-floor bedroom with a double bed with mattress, a standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It overlooks the garden at the back of the house, so it is very quiet at night.

We are looking for a female housemate aged roughly 28-34 who is easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of communal spaces, and would treat the house as a home. We all have busy schedules but enjoy chatting and movie nights together. Move-in date is middle to end of November and can be flexible. Rent is £945, bills around £150 (cheaper in summer), and the deposit is £1,030.
