This is a No Smoking household seeking a woman tenant who positively wants to live with a family with children. The children will respect your space. You would have your own bright bedroom looking out on the garden on the 2nd floor of the house. Also, main use of the ground floor bathroom and toilet. You would also have use of a small fridge and freezer. We all share the kitchen and conservatory space where we cook and eat on the ground floor. We do also use your main use downstairs bathroom when we are downstairs. There is a shared Washing Machine, Microwave and toaster as well as a conventional oven.
