We are a friendly and social house looking for a new housemate. You would be joining me (29), Armaity (26) and Rob (27). Our lovely housemate Amber is leaving us so we would like a female to keep the house balanced. We all lead busy lives but still manage to see each other a lot and hang out. The property is in an absolutely ideal location as less than 5 min walk from Dalston Junction and 15 min walk to London Fields. Please note, the landlord is currently trying to raise the rent by 8% but we are fighting them down but it is a work in progress, so bear this in mind.
