I currently live in this lovely property and don't want to leave. My two best friends are moving in with their partners, so I'm looking for a new tenant to share the 3-bedroom house with me. The house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a big garden perfect for barbecues, a sunny balcony and a warm lounge with sliding doors. There are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. I'm on the top floor at the back, across from the smallest room, which would make a good office or guest room. The middle front bedroom would be yours, with no one living above or below. Bills are £105 per month, covering council tax, wifi, electricity and gas. A parking permit can be applied for easily. I enjoy sport, including football, swimming, running, cycling, skiing and surfing, and would welcome a housemate who is social but also respects privacy. I work in Hackney Wick and have a cat called Bean.
