The bathroom offers a shower over the bathtub, stocked with indulgent shower gel and shampoo. A charming private terrace at the back provides a little oasis in the city, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.
Mid-stay cleaning sessions or linen changes can be organized on request for an additional charge. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay.
The property is set up for remote access.
Please be mindful of our lovely neighbors who have families and need to protect them; any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours will be notified to the local council. No smoking is permitted inside the property or on the terrace. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost, or damaged keys. The full address and access details will be provided prior to check-in. Pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
