We are looking for a lovely flatmate to sublet our spare room in our cosy two-bedroom flat in W10. The flat has a spacious living room, a clean bathroom, a separate kitchen and two balconies, offering a bit of outdoor space in London. It is in a great location, within easy reach of both Notting Hill and Golborne Road Market, with cafés, shops and restaurants nearby. We have lived here for two years and love it. Our friend has recently moved out, so we are looking for someone to take over the other room. We would like someone to move in as soon as possible, ideally for 6 months to a year. The rent is £900 per month, including all bills. We both work full-time, are easy-going, considerate and take pride in keeping our home clean and comfortable.
