I'm looking for someone in their 30s-40s who works full-time (max. 2-3 days WFH), is tidy and respectful, and is looking for a long-term home. This isn't a party flat, so we can keep things peaceful at home and party elsewhere.

I'm Noemi, 37, and I work full-time in fashion. I love yoga, cooking, exhibitions, gigs, travelling and painting. I'm friendly and sociable but also value my personal space. I smoke, but only outside.

The room comes unfurnished, but the shared spaces are already furnished. Youd join me on a joint tenancy agreement. Gas, electricity and Wi-Fi are already in my name, and you'd take over the council tax bill.

Available 1st December or 1st January (flexible). Rent £923.50 per month, bills approximately £150 per person per month. Deposit £808 (paid directly to the outgoing tenant). Standard referencing applies.
