The owner works from home, so the room would suit someone who works or studies away from the house. This is a warm, relaxed family home. A cleaner will come twice a month to clean the communal areas. There are four cats in the home, who have access to the garden through a cat flap. There is a private parking space in front of the house and a communal shed where a bike and other items can be stored. Occasional guests are welcome with advance notice. Vaping is fine, but smoking is not permitted. Looking for a working lodger who will enjoy a friendly household while also valuing privacy, consideration and a peaceful home.
