We are looking for new friendly and sociable housemates to join our humble abode in Clapham Junction. From the 1st of September, the loft is available at the top of the house, a very spacious and bright space just for you. With your own bathroom and toilet. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table. It’s a wonderful, homely, 6-bed house with ample kitchen and living room space, 3 bathrooms, and a pretty little patio, perfect for dinner parties and BBQs. We are a very sociable and friendly bunch!! The price shown includes all bills with the exception of a bi-weekly cleaner that we split between us all. Parking permits can be purchased for zone C1 if you have a car. The location of the house is amazing, a minute's walk from Northcote Road, less than 5 minutes to Clapham Junction station with the best transport links. Lots of lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants, and only a few minutes from Clapham Common. We’re all sociable and love spending time together as a house, but equally happy doing our own thing.
