The house is located on a quiet residential street, a 10-minute walk from the northern line. It features two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a good-sized kitchen, and a large outdoor space. The available room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers, measuring approximately 13 m².

The house is currently empty and undergoing refurbishment, so it may appear messy in the current photos, but it will be completed and professionally cleaned before move-in. We are all working professionals seeking a friendly, social house environment where we can enjoy time together, whether it's having a drink, watching TV, cooking/eating, or occasionally going out, while also respecting each other's personal space and lives. To secure the house, we will require a contribution towards the holding/security deposit.
