This is a flat share and the current household consists of one male, Irish, professional, non-smoker, no pets, aged 44. The new flatmate should not be a couple, should not smoke, and should not have pets. Not suitable for students. References are required. The minimum age for a new flatmate is 30 and the maximum is 50.
