Relax in a Brazilian hammock under a full-height fiddle-leaf fig, or stream on a 100-inch laser cinema projector with Yamaha sound and built-in Android TV. Sleep deeply in a solid-wood Moroccan four-poster bed on an award-winning Emma premium mattress with feather pillows. The open-plan living room and kitchen feel airy and calm. Cook properly in a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. The bathroom is stocked with botanical toiletries and fresh towels.
A double sofa bed is available in the living room for two additional guests upon request, with a small linen fee. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of £45 per night for 1-7 nights, £360 per stay for 8-29 nights, and £720 per stay for 30+ nights. Early check-in may be available for a fee, with options from 1pm to 3pm.
The apartment is equipped with unlimited wireless internet and a 100-inch Epson EpiqVision laser cinema projector with built-in Android TV, suitable for work or entertainment.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 09:00. Smoking is not allowed, and breaking this rule will incur a £300 charge. Excessive noise is prohibited, and reservations may be canceled if a complaint is received from a neighbor. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed, and only guests included in the booking may enter the property; breaching this rule will incur a £350 charge. If more guests stay overnight than stated in the booking, there will be a £350 charge. If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Late check-out fees apply between 11 am and 1 pm, and after 1 pm, a full extra night will be charged unless pre-approved. Lost keys will incur a £150 replacement fee. Guests are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. A £15 linen fee per sofa bed, per stay applies if you would like to use the sofa bed. Guests accept that occasional disruptions to the internet service may occur, which are outside of our control.

It's a 1-minute walk to Old Spitalfields Market, a 5-minute walk to Brick Lane & Truman Brewery, and a 10-minute walk to Redchurch Street / Shoreditch. The City is also within walking distance.
