The flat has a spacious living room, a kitchen diner and a bathroom with a bathtub. You will be living with a friendly Bristolian who works in homeless outreach and works from home some afternoons. She keeps the flat clean in communal areas, loves yoga, dancing and cooking, and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere. Watching a bit of TV together in the evenings is welcome if you are both in.
We are looking for someone respectful of shared spaces, friendly but with their own life. Ideally you enjoy winding down on the balcony and hosting friends for dinner or movies. Joining each other for drinks at the pub with your friends is welcome too.
Bills are not included and come to around £150-160 per calendar month. The deposit will be confirmed with the landlord.
