Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional person to join our home in East Putney. Ideally, we are looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, as we both work in the city ourselves and enjoy having the flat as a place to switch off and relax. We’re sociable and love getting out and about – whether that’s raves, festivals, travelling, dinners and drinks, or generally making the most of our weekends. That said, we also really enjoy having chilled evenings at home, especially during the week, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a good balance of socialising and downtime. This is a house share with 2 housemates, a total of 3 rooms, and the current household consists of professionals aged 24 to 32, with 2 females. No pets or smokers in the current household. Couples are not accepted, but smoking is permitted. Pets are not suitable. Available to all occupations, with a minimum age of 23 and a maximum age of 36. No gender preference. Available now with no minimum or maximum term. Deposit is £650.00 and bills are included.
