Looking for a housemate to join our 3 bedroom flat!
Rent: £1075 per month | Bills: £130 p/m in summer, £170 p/m in winter
Move in from September 7th 2026, minimum stay of 1 year.
A bright room on the first floor, includes a bed and wardrobe! This room would suit someone who’s wfh max 1/2 days a week. You’d be sharing the bathroom with just 1 other housemate!
We’re about a 7 min walk to Rotherhithe station and a 10 min walk to Canada Water stations. We have a beautiful woodland right next door, and we’re super close to the river so stunning walks and views! It’s a very peaceful area, but well connected for getting around London!
In terms of vibe we’re looking for someone who is very clean but also fun and down to do things together. We’d like the flat to feel like a home :)
Lucy (she/her) - I’m a 26y/o designer, I love spending my free time out with friends, at the pub or a nice wine bar, or being horizontal on the sofa watching Real Housewives - I’d love a housemate who is down for doing the same! I’m a very clean & respectful flatmate, and ideally would be living with someone who is equally conscious of keeping the flat nice and clean!
Bell (she/her) - I’m a 27y/o working at a tech firm, I’ve just moved to the area and absolutely love it! I’m pretty active in my spare time with muay thai and climbing! In terms of a flatmate also looking for someone who is clean & respectful, down to do things together and to have a nice vibe in the flat!
