Room to rent Higham Road, Greater London

Description

A very spacious and bright double room is available in a fully refurbished house, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Bruce Grove Station. The house has been completely renovated and offers a modern, comfortable and relaxed living environment. The house includes a large, bright double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and open-plan living area, super-fast fibre Wi-Fi 5Gb, TV, Alexa & surround sound system, LED & Bluetooth lighting, a large private garden and veranda, and a Jacuzzi during the summer. A security system & CCTV in communal/security areas are also present. We are working professionals and enjoy a calm, friendly and respectful home. We are looking for one person who is clean, tidy and considerate of the people they live with. We simply ask everyone to clean up after themselves and help us keep the shared areas in the same good condition. This is a relaxed home rather than a party house, so it would particularly suit a working professional or mature student looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful. Rent is £850 per month + shared bills. Bills are divided fairly between the people living in the house and include electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet and Council Tax. Excellent location approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Bruce Grove Station, with shops, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Viewings are available weekdays after 6 PM and flexible throughout the day on Saturday & Sunday. If you’re interested, send a message telling us a little about yourself and when you’d like to move in, and we can arrange a viewing. Available now.
