We are offering a double room on Roman Road, very close to Victoria Park. The room has a brand new bed, desk, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and plenty of storage space.

We are two young professionals who own the flat and are looking for another young professional to move into the spare room. We are sociable and enjoy gigs, dancing and board games. One of us works in the office every day and the other works from home.

The flat has a spacious living room and a large roof terrace that gets sun all afternoon. Access to the roof terrace is through our bedroom, so it is only accessible when we are not sleeping. The flat is in a gated area with only one other inhabitant in the building.

Lots of cafés, pubs and shops are nearby, including a Tesco within a minute's walk. Victoria Park is a couple of minutes away. Transport links are good, with Mile End and Bow Church stations both around 15 minutes on foot, and the city about 25 minutes away by public transport.
