Hello future housemate! We have two double rooms available in our spacious four-bedroom flat from the start of September.

The flat features a large kitchen with a dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, double oven and grill, large gas hob, and two fridge-freezers, along with many fun cooking appliances. The separate living room is a particularly bright space and includes a projector for watching TV or films. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A separate box room can be used as a home office.

We are an easy-going, sociable flat of two girls and one guy. Nick is a 30-year-old English teacher who enjoys running, reading, and is a Traitors superfan. Robyn is a 29-year-old epidemiologist who loves Real Housewives, thrifting, and is always up for a new gym class or a Sunday mooch. We have our own lives but are also around for general hanging out and pub trips.

We are looking for a nice, laid-back, considerate person who works full-time. As we all pitch in with keeping the flat tidy, previous flat-sharing experience is ideal. We are ideally looking for someone roughly between 27-33 years old.

The area is located in leafy Parsons Green, with easy access to Putney and Fulham. It's a walkable distance to the river, good parks, cafes, restaurants, and many good pubs. Several supermarkets are also nearby. It's a 5-minute walk from Parsons Green tube station with many bus routes in and out of the city centre. Boris bikes are also available right outside.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. Bills vary between £90 - £150 per month, including WiFi.
