We're looking for a 5th housemate to join our shared house in West Dulwich. The house is roomy, with tall ceilings and a big garden out back, and it is within easy reach of Crystal Palace, Gipsy Hill and Dulwich Park. The big living room flows into an open-plan office, bike and knitting area and a dart room. The good-sized kitchen has French doors opening onto the garden. Cooking utensils and pans are shared, and a kitty included in the rent covers cooking oil and cleaning supplies. The room is roughly 15 square metres, with space for a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe, and it comes unfurnished. The price includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and Netflix. We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemate aged 30 to 40 who gets on well with the group. We are not a party house, but we enjoy the Gipsy Hill taproom around the corner.
