We are looking for a new housemate to join our spacious home. Currently, three professionals (aged 25-30) live here, enjoying a balanced, sociable atmosphere where we respect each other's space. The house is large and bright, featuring generous communal living and dining areas, a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, and three toilets. Outside, there is a lovely garden perfect for relaxing. The available room is a large double bedroom. We are looking for a friendly, considerate person to join us for a minimum of 6 months starting August 1st, 2026. Monthly bills are £25 for water, £35 for gas, £10 for Wi-Fi, and £86 for council tax. The deposit is £200.
