Luggage storage is available for a few hours before and after your stay, subject to availability. Early or late check-in/out is an option to extend your stay at £15 per hour, with check-in or check-out at 1 PM, subject to availability. Paid street parking is available, though it may be expensive. Pre-paying for garages with day rates is recommended.

The garden backs onto a railway line, so minor noise may occasionally be heard in the third bedroom. The windows are triple glazed for your comfort. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower ground floor. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the premises. Guests are not permitted to host parties or events without prior approval. Respect quiet hours, typically between 10 PM and 8 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed as specified in the listing. Unless explicitly allowed, pets are not permitted on the property. Follow the specified check-in and check-out times to allow for smooth transitions between guests. Treat the property and its belongings with care and respect.
