I am looking for a flatmate to take the main bedroom in my flat, as my lovely housemate is leaving London. No couples. Must be clean, respectful and easy-going.
I have lived in the home between 2018 and 2021 and again since 2024, and I love it dearly. The landlord and property managers are easy to deal with and accommodating. The flat is well-maintained and spacious, with a large, light-filled living room with high ceilings at the front of the house, and a modern kitchen and dining room at the back. The bedrooms and the bathroom are in the middle.
The available bedroom is spacious with high ceilings and has a view of Alexandra Palace. It has a wardrobe and a small side table.
A bus stop is on the doorstep. It is less than 10 minutes by bus to Turnpike Lane and another 15 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park. It is a short walk to Crouch End Broadway and many nearby green spaces, including Priory Park, Alexandra Palace and Queens Wood.
The full rent is £2,050 per month, with the larger room paying a slightly higher portion. Bills are not included. Council tax is £206 per month in total, and other bills amount to around £100. A deposit will be required, which has yet to be negotiated with the property manager. Open to negotiation on price within reason.
