Description
A quiet private room in a renovated two-storey house in Charlton, a one-minute walk from the station in Zone 3. You will share the house with the two current occupants and their cat, Buddy. The house has a small garden at the front and another at the back. The bedroom is upstairs with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and a desk, and its window overlooks the back garden, so it is quiet. Bedding and towels are not provided. The bathroom is upstairs and shared with the household, with a bath and shower over it and a toilet. A second toilet is downstairs. The downstairs kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and washing machine. Cooking is welcome at reasonable times, and space is provided in the fridge and cupboards. The living room has a large sofa and TV. WiFi is included. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or out of the windows, but is allowed in the garden. The house is not suitable for anyone allergic to cats. London Bridge is 12 minutes by train and St Pancras 20 minutes. Several bus routes serve the area, including to the O2 and Cutty Sark, about 10 minutes away, and a cycle path is close by. Supermarkets, Primark, TK Maxx, Starbucks and other shops are across the road. Viewings from 15 November.
